How to jailbreak ios 4 on windows by sn0wbreez 1.6 ( 22 pics + video Guide )

Now that sn0wbreeze 1.6 has been released, users can create custom firmwares, specially if they use the expert mode, with great ease. We’ve put together a simple guide that lets you jailbreak iOS 4 and unlock your iPhone 3G/3GS (old bootrom) using sn0wbreeze 1.6.1
Remember to back up your files using iTunes before starting this process.




Tools needs :
1- Operating system windows
2- Download Sn0wbreez for windows from here
3- Download iOS 4 for 3Gs From Here
4- iPhone
5- iTunes 9.2
Follow our step by step :


Step 1:
Open your sn0wbreez


Step 2:
just press ok


Step 3:
Just press Contienue

Step 4:
Choose Expert mode and continue

Step 5:
Just Press Browse

Step 6:
Choose iOS 4 IPSW File

Step 7:
Press OK on Understand

Step 8:
Just press Done

Step 9:
Choose general Bottom and Continue

Step 10:
This is where you get to select whether you want to enable background wallpapers, battery percentage or native multitasking for iPhone 3G. These features are disable by default by Apple because they slow down iPhone 3G. If you have an iPhone 3GS, you wont need to do anything here, but hit next.

Step 11:
Wait for sn0wbreeze to finish modifying your firmware. When it’s done you’ll be given

Step 12:
When it’s done you’ll be given a confirmation. It’ll append the name sn0wbreeze before the filename of the custom OS such as sn0wbreeze_iPhone 3G.

Step 13:
Just press continue

Step 13:
Choose Cydia or Rock

Step 14:
press Contine

Step 15:
this step if you need acustom Logos

Step 16:
Build iPSW


Step 17:
Hit OK

Step 18:
wait while finish creating file

Step 19:
congratulation you are done.

Step 20:
Pree like arrow on close

Step 21 :
Now we need to restore this custom firmware to the iPhone 3G/3GS. Connect your iPhone to your computer and launch iTunes. While holding down the shift button, click on restore.

iTunes will ask for the firmware file. Just point it to the custom firmware you just build using sn0wbreeze 1.6.1 and sit back. iTunes will restore the OS to iPhone and when it finally restarts after the process is done, it’ll be jailbroken.
